Jospong partners government to construct stadium, solid waste plant for Oti Region

The people of Oti Region heaved a sigh of relief when the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, cut the sod for the construction of a solid waste treatment facility and a multi-purpose sports stadium for them.
President Akufo-Addo, who was on a two-day working visit in the region, stated that "We are in this region for three things, to cut the sod for a youth and sports centre, the construction of a regional office for YEA and the construction of a solid waste treatment facility."
The President later appealed to the chiefs and people of the region to vote massively for the NPP as a sign of appreciation for the government's response to most of their needs which included the creation of the Oti Region.
