Juror fails to show up in trial of J.B Danquah murder
The trial of suspects in the killing of late Abuakwa North MP, JB Danquah Adu suffered yet another delay today, Tuesday, May 4, 2021, when a juror failed to show up to the hearing. The Jury Foreman had told the court that the said juror was held up in another trial in Criminal Court 3 and for over an hour, the court was constricted by the absence of the juror. Daniel Asiedu and Vincent Bosso have been charged with murder and abetment for the murder of the late MP. Asiedu had earlier said that he went to the MP's house to steal but ended up killing him in self-defense.
