Appeals Committee of GFA quashes DC decision to ban shareholders, directors of Phar Rangers

The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association on Wednesday June 30, 2021 slapped Division One League side Phar Rangers with a five year ban for misconduct.

The Appeals Committee have upheld the ban on the club but has reduced the demotion to two levels meaning Phar Rangers has now been demoted to Division 3.

The Appeals Committee however set aside the decision to ban the club's shareholders and directors but with directors the Appeals Committee stated that If the DC wanted to charge the directors involved in the misconduct they could do so by charging them and handing them a fair hearing.
